About the company

Centrum LIM – Hotel Presidential jest kompleksem biurowo-hotelowym, zlokalizowanym w ścisłym centrum Warszawy. Centrum LIM składa się z dwóch kondygnacji podziemnych, trzykondygnacyjnego podium oraz czterdziestodwupiętrowej wieży, o łącznej powierzchni 86.000 m2. Powierzchnie biurowe do wynajęcia zlokalizowane są w podium i dolnej części wieży (pomiędzy piętrami 5 i 19), pasaż handlowy wraz z kasami LOT zlokalizowany jest na poziomie ulicy i na poziomie -1, w podziemiach budynku znajduje się garaż. Hotel Presidential zajmuje większą część podium, zaś pokoje hotelowe zlokalizowane są w górnej połowie wieży.

Office spaces

The office space offered for rent is located on floor 5 to 19. The office floor is approx. 1000 square meters of gross area, 800 square meters of which are office rooms, and the remaining area is occupied by communication routes, elevator hall, toilets and kitchens. The office space is divided into standard rooms with an area of approx. 30 m,2each with a separate entrance from the corridor. The structure of the building and the materials used allow for any combination of rooms and give great freedom in custom interior design. The building is equipped with fire protection of highest quality. All rooms are air-conditioned and provided with individual air-conditioning regulators.

Location

In terms of location, the LIM Center has no equal. The Central Railway Station is on the opposite side of the street, while the metro and electric train stations are just a few steps away. There are many public transportation lines passing nearby and transport to the Warsaw Chopin Airport takes about 20 minutes.

Facade

We would like to kindly inform you about the possibility of renting a space on the facade of the building above the +20 floor of the LIM Center (about 70 meters above the surface) in order to display your company's logo.

Oferta telekomunikacyjna dla najemców LIM Center

The LIM Center is operated by the PHILIPS SOPHO iS 3090 digital telephone exchange, which in addition to being adapted to work in the ISDN system (30B+D, 2B+D) is equipped with a DECT wireless telephony system.

We provide our tenants with:

  • Activation of an unlimited number of telephone lines (analog, digital, ISDN) for each user.
  • Free communication with all our telecommunications customers in the LIM Center, Warsaw Corporate Center, Swede Center and in Warsaw Underground Passage.
  • Benefits arising from the access to the digital telephone exchange, i.e., voicemail, redirecting calls to an internal or external number, creating a conference, preview of another extension number, information on waiting calls, identification of the incoming number, etc.
  • Lease of Philips digital telephone equipment of the highest quality – (devices such as Ergoline D340 and Ergoline D325).
  • Lease of wireless DECT sets operating within the entire building of the LIM Center.
  • Settlement of telephone impulses in accordance with the tariff of TP S.A.
  • Detailed list of telephone connections (printout or electronic form).
  • Access to an extensive cable and fiber-optic network to CRiT, CA Piękna, CA Komertel, CA Chałubiński, Warsaw Chopin Airport.
